Job Description

HR Recruiters with an MBA in HR and 2-3 years of experience manage end-to-end talent acquisition for organizations. They leverage strategic HR knowledge to source, screen, and place candidates efficiently. This role demands strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job needs, create postings, and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess cultural fit, and coordinate panel interviews.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), track metrics, and provide recruitment reports.
  • Negotiate offers, facilitate onboarding, and ensure positive candidate experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday), MS Office, and sourcing platforms.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple requisitions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, metrics analysis, and employer branding.
