Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Bengaluru. We are looking for a versatile Recruiter with 2 years of experience to manage our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT Contract Staffing domains. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, collaborating with hiring managers to identify business needs, and facilitating onboarding and training programs for new hires. The specialist will also play a significant role in building employer branding and fostering a positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

IT Contract Staffing: Source and screen candidates for niche technical roles (Java, .Net, Cloud, etc.) niche IT skills (e.g., Python, AWS, SAP) on a contract-tohire or pure contract basis.

Non-IT Staffing: Handle recruitment for diverse sectors like Sales, Finance, Operations, and BPO. Non-IT industries (e.g., BFSI, Manufacturing)

Sourcing: Utilize job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, and social media to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial telephonic rounds to assess technical proficiency for IT roles and soft skills/domain knowledge for Non-IT roles.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between internal/client hiring managers and candidates.

Offer & Compliance: Manage salary negotiations, notice period buyouts, and coordinate the onboarding process in line with local compliance.

Reporting: Regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain recruitment trackers.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams, candidates, and management
  • Experience in onboarding and Training new employees
  • Ability to handle multiple processes and meet recruitment deadlines
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
