Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in South Delhi. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet the organisations staffing needs. A strong emphasis will be placed on maintaining effective communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Hiring, and interviewing to effectively manage the talent acquisition process.
• Strong Communication skills in HINDI & ENGLISH, to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
• Knowledge and skills in conducting training programs and onboarding processes.
• Ability to work in an on-site environment with strong organisational and time management skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• An understanding of the Hospitality HIRING , fire safety and security industry is an advantage
