MULTIPLE POSITIONS (Full time only):

• Lead / Senior Recruitment Specialist (5 - 10 yrs)
• Recruitment Specialist (2 - 5 yrs)
• Recruitment Interns/ Associates (1 - 2 yrs)

The Specialities (Domain experience) we seek:

• Looking for: Executive Search & Leadership hiring, Technical recruiting, Impeccable communication skills.
• NOT Looking for: HR Generalists, Hiring for Entry level/ BPO / US-IT/ HR Admin or Coordinators

Depending on the role, your Responsibilities include:

1. Process Ownership: End-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
2. Account & Stakeholder management: Key Client relationships
3. Vendor Management: Recruiting Vendor engagements
4. Revenue objectives: Achieve placement, revenue and engagement objectives
5. Types of hiring, include: Technology hiring, Non IT roles, Executive / Headhunting / Leadership / Niche hiring, International placements, and Staffing (Domestic/ International)

You must (Must Haves):

1. Be an Immediate / Early joiner
2. Have Proven experience in some of the above mentioned types of hiring
3. Be a High Energy individual who is Passionate about recruiting & truly love the hunt
4. Have an Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful, responsible & a problem solver
5. An excellent communicator & confident with stakeholder management
6. Savvy: Adept with online productivity and popular ATS tools
7. Willing to work in a small team with minimal supervision

• Experience / Resourcefulness to acquire new clients.

• MBA in HR / Marketing/ International business from a reputed institute
• Successful Track record on International leadership placements
