Recruitment Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a growing recruitment firm managing large-scale hiring mandates for leading manufacturing and semiconductor companies in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Internal Recruiter who understands blue-collar and shop-floor hiring someone who knows how to source ITI pass-outs, Diploma holders, and graduates for factory and production roles, and can manage the full cycle from sourcing to offer.

If you have recruited for manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG companies and know the Gujarat talent market well, this role is built for you.

Qualification :Any Graduate / MBA-HR preferred

Experience: 14 years in blue-collar / manufacturing recruitment

Joining: Immediate or within 30 days

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Material Handler (BA/B.Com/ITI) and Production Operator (Diploma) roles
• Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, NSDC JobX, ShramIN, ITI college drives, and local networks
• Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate walk-in interview drives in Ahmedabad
• Maintain a live tracker of applications, interviews, offers, and joinings
• Coordinate with ITI and Polytechnic college placement cells for campus hiring
• Build and manage relationships with sub-vendors and local manpower agents
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and Day 1 joining
• Support onboarding documentation collect and verify certificates, ID proofs, and forms
• Share weekly MIS reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and attrition
