Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented 3+ years of Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for our clients across industries.

The ideal candidate should have experience in mid-level / senior hiring in IT and Non IT and the ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Work Location : Andheri West, 7 Bungalows, Work from Office

Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing screening scheduling offer negotiation joining

Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, references & internal database

Understand client job requirements and share relevant profiles within agreed timelines

Coordinate interviews and maintain strong follow-up with candidates and hiring managers

Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for recurring job mandates

Maintain daily MIS and trackers related to hiring status

Ensure excellent candidate experience and smooth onboarding

Achieve monthly closure & quarterly revenue targets

Proficiency in job portals & sourcing tools

Target / performance-driven attitude

Preferred Background

Prior experience in Recruitment Agency, or RPO environment is mandatory

Experience in hiring across IT / Non-IT / BFSI / Manufacturing / FMCG / Logistics will be an added advantage
