Recruitment Specialist for US operations and bench staffing

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist focused on U.S. operations and bench staffing. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying and sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities also include maintaining a talent pipeline, managing consultant bench resources, negotiating terms with candidates, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment processes
• Experience in bench staffing, re-deployment, and resource fulfillment strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage and maintain a talent pipeline effectively
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and labor laws
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Preferred experience in SAP recruitment or IT staffing, though not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
