Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle: JD creation, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews & cordinate for onboarding post selection.

Headhunting & Active Sourcing

• Proactively headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques.

Candidate Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial screening interviews, assess role fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate seamlessly with hiring managers through interview and selection stages.

Job Portal Optimization

• Effectively manage and optimize job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure maximum visibility and quality applications.
• Regularly refresh postings and improve keyword targeting.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Vendor Management

• Work with recruitment agencies, monitor performance, and ensure quality closures.
