Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, identifying and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities. The role also involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will assist with training and building talent pipelines to support company growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Hiring, Recruiting, and developing talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong Interviewing and effective Communication skills to assess candidates and build relationships.
• Experience in Training and onboarding processes to support employee development and integration.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is advantageous.
