Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Lower Parel, Mumbai for the position of Recruitment Specialist. The primary responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and supporting onboarding programs. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure hiring strategies align with organizational goals and values.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and final selection.
  • Work closely with HR Head and Business Heads to understand hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and leadership.

2. Client-Facing Recruitment Management

  • Must have experience handling recruitment mandates for multiple clients or business units.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients when required.
  • Understand diverse client requirements and deliver suitable candidates within defined timelines.
  • Manage expectations, provide timely updates, and ensure closures across varied role types.
  • Prior experience in agency, consulting, or multi-client recruitment environments is highly preferred.

3. Employee Coordination & HR Support (Optional Based on Need)

  • Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
  • Coordinate with HR teams for documentation, joining formalities, and induction.
  • Assist with HR initiatives such as performance management, training coordination, and policy implementation when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 25 years of hands-on recruitment experience , preferably in multi-client or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms like Naukri, , Indeed, and niche channels.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
