Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Training Coordination:

  1. Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  2. Maintain training schedules and ensure the availability of resources (trainers, materials, equipment).
  3. Handle logistics, including venue arrangements, participant registration, and tracking attendance.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training events.
  5. Track and report training progress, ensuring the effective delivery of all programs.
  6. Act as the point of contact for any training-related queries and issues.
  7. Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation for compliance.

Soft Skills Training:

  1. Conduct engaging soft skills workshops focusing on areas like communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
  2. Develop and update training materials tailored to the needs of the audience.
  3. Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Use a variety of delivery methods (in-person, virtual, group exercises, role-playing, etc.) to facilitate learning.
  5. Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
  6. Assist in measuring training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.

Groomable Trainer Role:

  1. Willingness to continually upskill and develop training abilities, transitioning to a full-fledged trainer role over time.
  2. Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal knowledge and skills in soft skills and facilitation techniques.
  3. Mentor and coach other junior trainers (when applicable).


Key Requirements:

  1. Education:
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
  1. Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a training coordination role, preferably in an educational or corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience with organizing and executing training programs.
  • Prior exposure to soft skills training is a plus (but not mandatory if you are in a growth role).
  1. Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong communication
  • Good understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), MS Office, and virtual training tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
