Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Adentech Pvt. Ltd. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for a wide range of positions. You will work closely with the hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the organization.

*Develop job descriptions, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.

*Utilize various channels to source candidates.

*Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.

*Candidate Screening & Interviews

*Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation.

*Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

*Candidates with experience in HR consultancy or non-IT recruitment firms will be preferred.
