Job Description

Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining HR and recruitment-related data, reports, and dashboards. The role requires strong proficiency in Excel , attention to detail, and the ability to support HR and recruitment teams with accurate and timely MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to recruitment and HR operations.
  • Track key recruitment metrics such as open positions, sourcing status, interview progress, offers, and joining data .
  • Maintain employee data including attendance, onboarding status, documentation, and attrition records.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across reports.

Excel & Data Management

  • Work extensively on MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data validation, conditional formatting).
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and create structured dashboards and summaries.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests from HR and business stakeholders.

HR & Recruitment Support

  • Assist the recruitment team with candidate tracking, interview scheduling status, and offer tracking .
  • Coordinate with internal HR stakeholders for data collection and reporting.
  • Maintain proper documentation and MIS records for audits and internal reviews.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with recruiters, HR team members, and business users to ensure smooth flow of information.
  • Share periodic reports with stakeholders and highlight data gaps or discrepancies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 45 years of experience in MIS management, preferably within HR, recruitment, or staffing environments .

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes .
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines efficiently.

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management preferred).

Joining

  • Immediate to short notice preferred
