Recruitment Manager - UK/EU Operation

Hiring: Recruitment Manager UK/EU Operations | Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our UK/EU staffing operations from our Bangalore office.

Location: Bangalore (5 Days Onsite)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Experience: 810+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 1020 recruiters
• Drive end-to-end technical recruitment delivery for UK/EU markets
• Work closely with clients, account managers to ensure timely closures
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles
• Monitor team performance, SLAs, and delivery quality
• Ensure strong pipeline management and stakeholder communication

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in technical recruitment (IT staffing mandatory)
• Proven experience managing mid to large-sized recruitment teams (1020 members)
• Hands-on experience working on UK/EU requirements
• Strong understanding of contract and permanent hiring models
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
