Job Description
To lead and deliver end-to-end technology recruitment for complex and critical roles, ensuring position closure within defined TAT with best quality talent, superior candidate experience, and strong stakeholder partnership. The role will also drive strategic recruitment initiatives such as diversity hiring, process improvement, and talent pipeline development with deeper quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Hiring & Sourcing Excellence
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex technology roles including Engineering, Digital, Data, Platform, AI/ML, Product, blockchain etc.
- Leverage LinkedIn, recruitment portals, referrals, and proactive market mapping to build strong talent pipelines.
- Deliver position closures within agreed TATs while maintaining quality benchmarks.
- Handle multiple hiring mandates simultaneously across business units and projects.
2. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team context, and capability expectations.
- Act as a consultative advisor on talent availability, hiring strategy, and market insights.
- Ensure seamless interview coordination, feedback management, and offer closure.
3. Strategic Hiring Initiatives & Projects
- Lead or contribute to strategic recruitment projects, including:
- Diversity & inclusion hiring
- Niche / future-skills hiring
- critical role hiring
- Drive process improvements to enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Support adoption and optimization of recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn insights, dashboards, assessment platforms).
- Able to deliver in target events to position brand and attract talent.
4. Reporting, Governance & Metrics
- Prepare and report key recruitment metrics through dashboards and periodic reviews.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, TATs, and compliance requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights to TA leadership and business stakeholders.
- Education & ExperiencePostgraduate / Graduate degree required; Engineering background.
- 6+ years of experience in technology recruitment, with strong exposure to complex and niche tech hiring.
- Proven hands-on experience in LinkedIn sourcing and advanced search techniques.
- Experience managing multiple hiring projects and senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to diversity hiring, process improvement, or TA transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.
