Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Overview: As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within our organization. Your primary objective will be to attract, assess, and onboard talented individuals who align with our company culture and contribute to our overall success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and human resources to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and other selection methods to identify top talent.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice through compelling employer branding initiatives. Enhance the company's reputation and visibility in the job market to attract top talent.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Use data insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Ensure that new employees have the necessary resources and support to integrate into the organization successfully.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative recruitment solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent in a timely manner.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles or specialized industries.
