Recruitment Manager

About This Role

We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to help develop and oversee all recruiting operations in our India location. This position is responsible for managing our India recruiting team to ensure we are hitting deliverables with various customers all over the world. In addition to hitting deliverables, success in this role means developing a positive office culture and ensuring each new team member lives out our companys Shared Values.

Must Haves

• 2+ years of Recruiting Management experience
• 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience with proven success
• Well versed in IT, health, business operations, and engineering industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word)
• Experience developing and managing recruiters with a proven track record of success
• Experience recruiting in the US and internationally
• Experience using job boards or recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and/or CareerBuilder
• Bachelors degree or higher
• Flexible hours may be needed to support customers in different time zones

Nice to Have

• Previous staffing agency experience
• Advanced computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word)
• In-depth knowledge of IT skillsets and functions
