Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant Manager to lead the recruitment function at Axestrack. This role will not only own the end-to-end hiring cycle but will also be accountable for implementing and enforcing the recruitment structure and systems we are building including trackers, playbooks, and standardized processes. He/ She will also lead a team of recruiters and ensure that hiring goals are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Requirement Gathering & Status Updates
o Work with business leaders/Function teams to understand hiring needs.
o Translate requirements into clear JDs and search & sourcing strategies.
o Provide regular status updates using the structured reporting model.
o Ensure every open role is tracked against defined priorities (P0, P1).
2. Team Leadership & Performance
o Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
o Set daily/weekly hiring targets and ensure accountability.
o Track productivity metrics (# reached out, # connected, # shortlisted, interviews, closures).
3. Process & Structure Adherence
o Ensure consistent use of recruitment trackers and reporting dashboards.
o Standardize HR screening, interview evaluation, and closure processes.
o Drive a culture of discipline and data-driven decision-making.
4. Sourcing & Search Optimization
o Build and refine outbound searches on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Apna.
o Optimize sourcing strategies for both blue-collar/entry-level and mid-level functional roles.
o Lead campus drives and high-volume hiring initiatives.
5. Stakeholder & Candidate Management
o Act as the bridge between business leaders and recruiters.
o Negotiate timelines, manage expectations, and ensure consistent stakeholder communication.
o Drive offer negotiations and joining ratios.

1. Technical
o Boolean search & outbound sourcing across portals
o Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, funnel tracking, daily reporting)
2. Non-Technical
o Data-driven approach and structured thinking
o Team management and mentoring skills
o Strong negotiation and closure ability
o Stakeholder management with senior business leaders
3. Exposure/Experience
o Recruitment across Sales, Service/Customer Success, and Operations roles
o Experience in entry-level/blue-collar hiring
o Proven track record in high-volume and niche hiring
