  • Organizing Interview & shortlistings
  • Making Job Description for all positions
  • Campus Hiring & Reporting
  • Position closure & Induction

Functional / Technical Skills:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely closure of requirements
  • Strong at sourcing Sales professionals of various levels. (Pan India)
  • Must possess head hunting and pouching skills.
  • Strong knowledge and usage in Job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn etc., and Job posting.
  • Ability to design JD.
  • Ability to connect with various educational institution for campus hiring.
  • Candidate background verification and documents validation.
  • Strict adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Post Recruitment Release offer, Appointment letters etc., Onboarding, Induction, Socialization, Acclimatization etc.,
  • Knowledge in psychometric testing tools is added advantage (MBTI, DISC, Thomas Profiling).
