Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Pharma Recruitment Manager who can manage end-to-end recruitment and drive business development (BD) in global markets including Middle East, Africa, and North America . The role involves client acquisition, account management, lead generation, recruitment delivery, team coordination, and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

  • Handle full cycle pharma hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build strong talent pipelines for regional and multi-region roles
  • Work with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely closures
  • Maintain recruitment performance, TAT, and quality standards

Business Development (BD)

  • Generate B2B client leads and convert them into hiring accounts
  • Connect with MDs, Directors, HR Heads & decision makers
  • Manage client relationships, negotiations, contracts, and service agreements
  • Drive new market expansion and repeat business

Market Focus

  • Middle East (GCC + Levant)
  • Africa (Hiring activity + pharma expansions + contract wins)
  • North America (US & Canada client acquisition + recruitment delivery)

Reporting & CRM

  • Track BD and recruitment pipeline in CRM (Excel / ATS / Salesforce / HubSpot preferred)
  • Share weekly intelligence with BD and delivery teams


Required Skills

  • Pharma recruitment + B2B sales/BD background
  • Strong knowledge of insurance, compliance, and hiring norms in global markets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
