Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end IT hiring, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various technologies
• Lead, mentor, and drive a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
• Understand client requirements and ensure quality sourcing and screening
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders/hiring managers
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, TAT, and quality metrics
• Handle candidate screening, interviews, and offer closures
• Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline status
• Implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, and references

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IT recruitment (contract/permanent hiring)
• Team handling and leadership experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of IT skill sets and market trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred:

• Experience working with multiple clients or in a consultancy setup
• Immediate/short joiners preferred
