Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Recruitment Lead to oversee end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of driving recruitment strategies, manage high-performing teams, and hire across a broad range of industries in India. A deep understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and compliance is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles across various industries.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, compliant, and reflects best practices.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define role specifications.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to attract top talent.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
  • Partner with HR and business units to ensure seamless onboarding and candidate experience.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong mix of IT and Non-IT hiring.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment for diverse industries across India.
  • Strong process orientation with knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, metrics, ATS systems, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage mid-to-large sized recruitment teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc.)


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Exposure to international recruitment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment strategies.





Shift Timings: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST


Work Location: SSPDL, OLD NO 25, Beta Block, 1ST FLOOR, WESTWING, Navalur, Chennai.
