Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Lead to manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring successful service delivery, and identifying opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders

Understand client needs and align solutions to business objectives

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products or services

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Monitor account performance, renewals, and revenue targets

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, operations, finance)

Handle client escalations and ensure prompt resolution

Prepare account reports, forecasts, and business reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
• Problem-solving mind-set with a customer-first approach
