JD Recruitment Head for Staffing Company (Non-It & Manufacturing Background)
Job Overview
The Recruitment Head will lead and manage all recruitment operations within the Company. This role requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, client management, team leadership, and strategic planning to drive recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing large-scale recruitment, deep knowledge of the staffing industry, and an ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Strategic Recruitment Planning:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to meet the clients' talent acquisition needs.
- Business & Client Planning, Target & Resource Allocation, Sourcing Strategy, Recruitment Execution, Client Management, Candidate Management, CV to interview ratio, Interview to offer ratio, Average closure time (TAT)
Talent Acquisition
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioural competencies.
- Manage and optimize the recruitment pipeline to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Client Management & Relationship Building:
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and advising on talent acquisition best practices.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring consistent service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
- Proactively communicate with clients on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and performance reports.
- Negotiate with client for closure of positions on behalf of Leed HR Team
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Set team goals and KPIs, ensuring the team achieves recruitment targets while maintaining quality.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages team development and innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Operational Activities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to offer management and onboarding.
- Implement recruitment technology and tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, analyse performance data, and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness.
Job Specifications:
- Qualification: Graduate or MBS
- Experience: 10+ Years in Recruitment Staffing Companies
- Specification: Must have Team Handling, Leadership Hirings and Client Coordination
- Candidate must have Background of Non-It and Manufacturing Hiring Background
- Mode of Work is : Work From Home
