Job Description
Hiring: HR Recruitment Executive | Jaipur
The role requires handling recruitment in a structured and timely manner, right from sourcing to joining and employee movement coordination.
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month
Role Includes:
- End-to-end recruitment coordination
- Candidate sourcing, screening, calling
- Interview scheduling and follow-up
- Recruitment tracker and database management in Excel / Google Sheets
- Interview and follow-up scheduling through Google Calendar
- Candidate communication through Gmail
- Onboarding, offboarding, and joining support
- Timely reporting to seniors and sites regarding onboarding, offboarding, employee status, and HR coordination matters
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in recruitment / HR hiring
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Calendar
- Well-organized and responsible in execution
Local Residents will be given preference.
