Job Description
OneNDF is a digital loan marketplace focused on secured lending (Home Loan, LAP, etc.) for MSMEs and individualshelping borrowers find the right lender, structure, and pricing through a simplified, tech-enabled journey.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end hiring for multiple functions (Sales, Operations, Credit, Tech, Marketing, Finance)
- Create & post job descriptions on relevant platforms; manage inbound applications
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and talent communities
- Conduct first-round screenings (fitment, communication, motivation, basics)
- Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and closure with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline + tracker/ATS, ensure strong TAT and candidate experience
- Support offer rollouts, negotiations (within guidance), and joining formalities
- Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation
- Build and run referral drives + improve employer branding (basic LinkedIn hiring content)
Must-have
- 14 years in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong sourcing + screening skills (especially for Sales & Ops roles)
- Great coordination + follow-up discipline (no drop-offs)
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and pipeline tracking
- Clear communication (phone + WhatsApp + email etiquette)
Good-to-have
- Hiring experience in FinTech/NBFC/Banking/Startups
- Basic knowledge of sales roles (field sales/telecalling/relationship managers)
- Experience using ATS tools / hiring dashboards
- Time-to-fill (TAT) for priority roles
- Number of qualified profiles shared/week
- Interview-to-offer and offer-to-joining conversion
- Candidate experience + process hygiene
