We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Recruitment Executive to support our hiring needs across multiple roles. If youre passionate about talent acquisition and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other portals

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers

Follow up with candidates till joining

Handle offer rollouts and joining formalities

Support onboarding and documentation

Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets

Desired Skills:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri preferred)

Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle

Ability to work on Sales Executive recruitment.

Good MS Excel & reporting skills

Target-oriented mindset

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA HR preferred
