Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to source, screen, and shortlist candidates for driver and field sales roles.
  • Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company policies to potential candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Handle driver onboardingcollect and verify documents (DL, ID proof, etc.) and ensure smooth joining.
  • Maintain candidate records and update daily calling and hiring reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Operations) for smooth onboarding and deployment.
  • Meet daily/weekly hiring and onboarding targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or in college with relevant experience in telecalling / recruitment preferred.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Prior experience in driver hiring or blue-collar recruitment will be an added advantage.
