Job Description

Job Summary


We are looking for highly proficient JLPT N1 certification or Native Japanese speaker proficiency who are passionate about Recruitment and Human Resources . This role is ideal for fresh graduates from any discipline or early-career professionals who have a strong interest in building a career in HR and talent acquisition. Comprehensive training will be provided, and we welcome candidates with a strong learning mindset and enthusiasm for people-focused roles.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities for Japanese-speaking roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate interactions in Japanese and English as required.
  • Assist in interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and offer coordination.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation in HR systems.
  • Support HR and recruitment-related projects as assigned.


Eligibility & Requirements


  • Mandatory: JLPT N1 certification or Native Japanese speaker proficiency.
  • Strong interest in Recruitment, Human Resources, or Talent Acquisition .
  • Open to fresh graduates from any academic discipline .
  • Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment best practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in English for workplace communication.
