Job Description
The Recruitment Coordinator acts as a crucial administrative and organizational link in the Talent Acquisition Dept., working to ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant movement of candidates through the hiring pipeline. This role is essential for maintaining a positive candidate experience and supporting the recruitment team in a global hiring environment (Middle East & India).
Working days: Monday to Friday
Work timings: 9.30 am to 7 pm IST
Office location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Roles and responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and providing a highly professional and positive experience.
- Assist in scheduling various interview rounds (phone, first-round, final) between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain candidate information, recruitment metrics, and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Manage all recruitment-related documentation, and ensure compliance with hiring procedures
- Provide administrative support to Recruiters and Recruitment Managers.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant experience as a Recruitment or Talent Coordinator assisting TA teams
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting or CRM software is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously.
