Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment coordinator who will be based at our Chennai office for L&T Renewables.
- Location: Chennai Office, candidates based in Chennai
- Duration: 6-month contract extendable.
- Eligibility: 2-3 years experience in recruitment of Engineers in Construction Industry, Fresh Management Trainees are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment for renewable energy roles.
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, documentation
- Assist in proactive hiring initiatives.
