About the Role

We are looking to hire a US Engineering Recruiter for our internal recruitment team.

This role will focus on US Non-IT engineering hiring, primarily supporting our manufacturing, embedded, and industrial clients.

This is a pure recruitment role, focused on quality hiring and long-term closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as an internal US Engineering Recruiter
• Handle end-to-end full-time (W2) recruitment
• Recruit for roles such as:
• Embedded / Firmware Engineers
• Mechanical Engineers
• Electrical & Electronics Engineers
• Manufacturing / Industrial Engineers
• Controls & Automation Engineers
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals
• Conduct strong technical & behavioral screening
• Coordinate interviews with US hiring managers
• Manage candidate follow-ups till offer & joining
• Maintain accurate trackers and documentation

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in US Engineering / Manufacturing recruitment
• Hands-on exposure to embedded, mechanical, electrical, or industrial roles
• Strong understanding of US hiring process
• Good communication and candidate evaluation skills
• Comfortable working in US time zone overlap
