What Youll Do:

• Lead end-to-end hiring for mid & senior-level positions in corporate and commercial functions.
• Source top talent via job boards, LinkedIn, Market Mapping & Headhunting.
• Drive interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth joining & onboarding of candidates at the client organisation.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and market insights.
• Build strong relationships with clients as well as candidates.

What Were Looking For:

• 28 years of pharma recruitment experience across functions and levels.
• Expertise in mid-to-senior level hiring, especially in commercial roles.
• Strong sourcing, evaluation, communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, result driven, goal oriented and a strong team player.
