Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier IT professionals. As a senior member of the recruiting team (without management responsibilities), you will be hands-on in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles and act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams.

This role requires strong technical recruiting experience, creative sourcing abilities, and a deep understanding of the IT job market.

Key Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical positions

Partner closely with hiring teams to define role requirements and candidate profiles

Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and direct outreach

Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and candidates

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process

Track recruitment activity and update applicant tracking system (ATS)

Provide regular updates and insights to recruiters and hiring teams

Maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for future hiring needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

4-8 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in-house)

Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and terminology

Proficient in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple open roles

Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with contract and permanent hiring models

Knowledge of basic HR and employment compliance related to recruiting
