• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid & senior-level roles across industries.
• Source talent through headhunting, networking, and social platforms.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives by building inclusive talent pipelines.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality talent.
• Provide a strong candidate experience and ensure timely closures.

What Were Looking For

• 36 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting/search firm.
• Exposure to mid/senior-level hiring and passion for diversity hiring.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
