Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive (Contract 6 Months)

Location: Ahmedabad


About the Company:

Paperchase Accountancy is a specialized accounting services firm providing end-to-end accounting and finance support to global hospitality businesses. We partner with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality groups to manage their financial operations efficiently.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive on a 6-month contract to support our growing hiring requirements. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal panels and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure timely closure of open roles and support the team in achieving hiring targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements.
  • Support walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns, and other hiring initiatives when required.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience in handling multiple roles and managing high-volume hiring.
  • Prior experience in BPO, accounting services, or professional services recruitment will be an added advantage.

  • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
  • Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills


Contract Details:

  • This is a 6-month contractual position based in Ahmedabad.
  • The contract may be extended or converted to a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.
