Job Location: Kochi, Kerala, India (Onsite, Full-time)

Work Timings: 8 AM IST - 5 PM IST

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Recruitment Consultant role located in Kochi. In this role, you would be involved in recruitment for Asia Pac based roles, majorly for Singapore. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, pre-screening resumes and applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, communicating with applicants, making job offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 to 5 years of prior experience in recruitment or staffing is mandatory for this role
  • Should possess a good experience in recruitment for IT roles including the latest technologies and niche skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and job analysis
  • Confident in liaising with candidates from different nationalities, excellent mastery of English speaking and acute listening skills are mandatory
  • Should be willing to follow instructions and prepare and maintain meticulous reports for documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make equitable decisions
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and work well under tight deadlines
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take initiative
