We are expanding our team and are looking to onboard a Recruitment Consultant to join us.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands hiring dynamics, and wants to grow in the recruitment and consulting space. You will be involved in end to end recruitment, interacting closely with candidates and clients, and building long term professional relationships.

We are looking for someone with prior maritime recruitment or HR experience. The role requires good follow ups, structured working, and the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
