Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with around 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Candidates must have recruitment experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Automobile industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates until onboarding.
• Ensure smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Mandatory experience hiring for Logistics, Manufacturing, or Automobile sector roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
