Comaea Consulting is expanding its India team and we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to deliver recruitment solutions across the APAC region and also support business development in Indian market.

Our India office operation was started in 2022 and it is being developed as a strategic hub supporting recruitment projects across APAC, working closely with global clients and regional teams. We specialize in:

• Executive Search & Selection, powered by psychometric assessments
• Human Capital Consulting, including leadership development, executive coaching, and career outplacement
• Marine, Industrial, and Technology sector across Asia Pacific region

The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• End-to-end recruitment delivery across the APAC region, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, psychometric assessments, client coordination, and placement
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by offering strategic insights on talent acquisition and leadership fit
• Identifying and engaging with potential clients for business, pitching solutions, and nurturing long-term partnerships
• Collaborating with our international offices on multi-country mandates

What Were Looking For:

• Masters degree in Business Administration or related studies
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment (360 or client-facing roles), preferably in a consulting or search environment
• Exposure to mid-to-senior-level hiring; experience with international or APAC recruitment is a plus
• Strong client engagement skills with a track record of winning and managing clients
• Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in using psychometric tools and structured assessment frameworks to guide hiring decisions
