The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the search process. This is a role for someone who understands that recruitment is a game of precision, not volume.

• Global Connectivity: You will collaborate daily with our teams in Manhattan, the City of London, DIFC, and Marina Bay.
• Market Intelligence: Youll map out specific industries, identifying top-tier talent before they hit the open market.
• Relationship Management: You will act as a trusted advisor to both C-suite clients and high-net-worth candidates.
• Strategy: You will execute tailored headhunting strategies to solve complex hiring needs for international firms.
