Job Title: Recruitment Client Manager

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Location: Borivali West, Mumbai

Mode: Work from Office


Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Recruitment Client Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships within our recruitment consulting business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for account management, client retention, revenue growth, and ensuring successful delivery of hiring mandates.


Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Client Relationship

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients across IT.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular client meetings (weekly/monthly reviews).
  • Understand client hiring plans, workforce strategies, and business goals.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Achieve revenue targets and account growth objectives.
  • Drive repeat business and improve wallet share.
  • Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations.

Delivery & Execution

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of mandates.
  • Monitor SLA adherence, TAT, submission quality, and interview conversions.
  • Track pipeline, closures, billing, and collections.
  • Resolve escalations proactively.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Prepare account plans and hiring forecasts.
  • Share weekly/monthly performance reports with leadership.
  • Analyze hiring trends and provide market insights to clients.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in managing large or strategic accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen and revenue-focused mindset.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT Staffing / Executive Search / RPO / Contract Staffing.
  • Exposure to Tier 1 MNC or large enterprise client handling.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred).
