About the Role


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Blue-Collar & Technical) for International Business, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our frontline workforce, including Site Supervisors, operators and technicians. You will be the bridge between site requirements and skilled talent, ensuring seamless onboarding and strategic redeployment to keep our operations running at peak capacity.


Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & Lifecycle Management

  • End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment funnelfrom sourcing and screening to final onboarding for blue-collar roles.
  • System Integrity: Oversee Recruitment Data Management entries, ensuring all candidate data from operator to senior levels is accurately captured and updated.
  • Verification (BGV): Coordinate with external agencies for Background Verification, managing the BGV MIS and resolving discrepancies with employees.

2. Strategic Redeployment & Sourcing

  • Redeployment Tracking: Maintain a dynamic redeployment tracker, gathering performance feedback from previous sites to optimize the placement of existing staff.
  • Candidate Pipeline: Proactively update and maintain the CV database and operator/technician trackers to reduce "Time-to-Fill" metrics.
  • Documentation: Engage with current employees to ensure CVs are updated and "deployment-ready" for upcoming projects.

3. Stakeholder & Process Coordination

  • Approvals & Requisitions: Drive the Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) process, collaborating with HODs to ensure timely system releases and approvals.
  • Logistics Management: Partner with Admin and Travel desks to facilitate guest house bookings, visas, and flight tickets for mobilizing talent.
  • Digital Onboarding: Execute seamless candidate onboarding within the Fusion system prior to the joining date.

4. Reporting & Team Support

  • MIS Management: Update and maintain Monthly Talent Acquisition MIS in shared repositories for HR Operations review.
  • Operational Continuity: Provide cross-functional support by handling team responsibilities during peer absences.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7-12 Years of Experience. Proven track record in high-volume blue-collar recruitment or technical staffing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS tools (Oracle Fusion, RDMS) and psychometric tools (Thomas PPA).
  • Soft Skills: Strong follow-up skills, ability to manage high-pressure deadlines, and excellent stakeholder management.
