Role Overview:

The Talent Advisor plays a critical role in proactively mapping and developing strategic talent pipelines aligned with business priorities. Using advanced sourcing methodologies including Boolean search, digital platforms, market intelligence, and targeted outreach the role focuses on identifying and engaging high-calibre, often passive talent. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive on solving talent challenges and uncovering exceptional candidates in competitive markets.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management -

  • Multichannel Sourcing: Execute advanced sourcing strategies across social platforms, niche technical communities, and deep-web research to identify high-calibre passive talent.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Actively grow a professional network by embedding into industry user groups, contributing to blogs, and representing the brand at networking events.
  • Brand Evangelism: Craft compelling marketing narratives and social sequences that articulate Adfactors PR value proposition to convert cold leads into engaged prospects.
  • Strategic Assessment: Conduct rigorous pre-screening using behavioural interviewing and psychometric profiling to ensure a high-quality match for both skill and culture.
  • Pipeline Architecture: Proactively build and maintain "ready-now" talent pipelines to reduce time-to-fill for both immediate openings and strategic future needs.


TA MIS & Recruitment Analytics -

  • Own recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring trackers.
  • Generate insights on pipeline health, hiring metrics, and conversion ratios.
  • Improve recruitment efficiency through data-driven reporting.


Interview & Candidate Experience -

  • Coordinate interview processes and leadership interactions.
  • Ensure a seamless and premium candidate experience.
  • Drive feedback closure and offer management.


HR Coordination & Operations -

  • Partner with HR Operations for onboarding and documentation.
  • Ensure process compliance and smooth hiring transitions.


What you will need:

  • 48 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Strong expertise in CV sourcing and screening.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Naukri & IIMjobs sourcing platforms.
  • Exposure to consulting talent hiring or leadership recruitment preferred.
  • Understanding of Behavioral / Competency interviews would be an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort managing recruitment MIS.
  • Ability to handle confidential and senior hiring mandates.
