We are looking for a Recruitment/Source & Screen Team Lead to join our company and lead a team supporting recruitment across APAC markets.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 610 years

Role Overview:

As a Source and Screen Lead, you will lead a team responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring high quality talent pipeline and efficient recruitment delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team responsible for sourcing and screening candidates.

Exposure to APAC hiring markets and support recruitment delivery across APAC markets

Ensure high-quality candidate pipelines and screening standards

Act as the first escalation point for team and operational issues

Work closely with stakeholders and recruitment delivery teams

Drive process improvements and sourcing strategies

Experience managing a team of recruiters or sourcing specialists.

Ideal candidate:

6+ years of recruitment experience

2+ years of team leadership experience

Experience in staffing, agency, RPO or Internal recruitment

Understanding of Recruitment Metrics, SLA's and Team Performance.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
