We are looking for a seasoned Head of Recruitment & Workforce Solutions to lead client accounts, drive delivery excellence, and scale high-performing recruitment teams supporting North America IT staffing.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Leadership

Own end-to-end client relationships across Direct Clients, MSPs, System Integrators, and Consulting Partners in North America

Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and stakeholders

Act as the primary SPOC for delivery commitments and client satisfaction

Travel to client locations as needed to strengthen partnerships

Recruitment & Delivery Ownership

Lead full-cycle recruitment: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations, offers, and onboarding

Deliver niche and high-volume IT hiring with speed and quality

Recruit and deploy consultants across levels Developers to Architects, Programmers to Project Managers

Ensure accountability from requirement closure to successful joining

Team Leadership & Operations

Lead, mentor, and scale recruitment teams with clear targets and performance metrics

Allocate requirements strategically and work hands-on when needed

Build long-term talent pipelines aligned with business demand

Collaborate closely with leadership (CEO, CTO, Delivery Heads) on hiring strategy and productivity

Negotiation, Compliance & Operations

Drive rate negotiations and contract discussions

Oversee documentation, onboarding, and post-offer processes

Manage issues related to joining, payroll, timesheets, benefits, and compliance

Ensure adherence to client processes and internal policies

What Were Looking For

812 years of experience in North America IT Staffing / Workforce Solutions

Strong expertise in client account ownership and delivery leadership

Hands-on knowledge of staffing models: Contract, C2H, Staff Augmentation

Proven ability to lead and scale recruitment teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working North America night shifts
