Job Description

Work closely with Recruitment Officer/s to understand the recruitment priorities of the business, and where Resourcing can provide support.

Apply the most effective social media channels such as LinkedIn, to identify potential candidates for priority opportunities.

Conduct screening calls to understand candidates suitability for identified positions, and also to understand candidates career aspirations/ requirements.

Apply candidate management processes, to ensure the best possible recruitment experience for candidates, as their first point of contact with V.

Develop and build a Talent Pool of suitably screened candidates, to support pro-active recruitment for identified specific areas of the business such as V.Ships/ Marine HR.

Work closely with Recruitment Officers to develop improvements in V. onshore recruitment sourcing processes and procedures.

Support market mapping activity for regularly recruited roles, in each location they operate in.

Become a subject matter expert, in V. onshore recruitment sourcing tools.
