Role: Recruiter Intern / HR Intern

Location: Mumbai, Lower Parel

Duration: 6 months (with potential for full-time conversion)

Working Days: Monday Friday (Weekends off)

Eligibility & Skills Required

Graduate or final-year student in HR, Business, or related field.
Available for a 6-month internship with interest in a full-time HR/Recruiter role.
Preferably has interned as a recruiter in an advertising/digital-first agency or relevant industry.
Basic understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
Comfortable working from Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment team in sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn, job portals, and emails.
Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Help build and maintain candidate pipelines for creative, design, and account management roles.
Learn to evaluate creative portfolios and understand role requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports.
