About the job

We are looking for a well experienced Human Resource Intern for our organization who should be

able to do Payroll Processing, Onboarding and Induction, Office Administration, Coordinate T&D,

Keep Attendance Record, and have in hand experience in Excel and HRMS. At PaySprint you will be

able to enhance your HR professional skills, capabilities, and knowledge.



Candidate Profile

  • Recruitment You should be well aware and experienced with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals, understanding all selection methods and techniques, coordinating with candidates in all stages until onboarding.
  • Office Administration You should be able to handle day-to-day office and administrative activities with or without supervision and organise employee engagement activities.
  • Business Communication Updating employee data and maintain business communication with new and current employee, sending Communication mailers, updating Master database- making different reports and maintaining MIS dashboards and draft and issuance of all types of HR letters.
  • MS Excel You should have good knowledge and experience of MS Excel.



Qualification and Experience

  • 6-12 months of experience In HR Management
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, HR, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and Negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
