We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates. This internship will provide hands-on experience in the recruitment process and exposure to hiring in engineering and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
• Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Assist in job posting and database management.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good MS Excel and documentation skills.

Education

• Any Graduate / MBA (HR) pursuing or completed.
